Visitek Implements HP Business Availability Center

JAKARTA, October 22nd, 2007 -
PT. Visi Solusi Teknologi (Visitek) today announced its support of HP Business Availability Center, which allows customers to monitor the health of business services and applications from the point of view of the consumers of those services.

Takari added that for the telecom industry, projects commonly consist of implementing HP Business Process Monitoring, HP System Availability Monitoring, and HP J2EE Diagnostics. The implementation should consider the customer contact, billing, provisioning, middleware, address resolution, mediation, customer care, payment gateway, provisioning gateway, content gateway and charging gateway.
